We treat your manuscript with the highest level of security. Here is exactly what happens to your file when you click submit:
1. No AI Training
We use paid, commercial API integrations. Unlike free AI tools, our license explicitly prohibits the AI providers from using your data to train their models. Your story remains yours, not fodder for the algorithm.
2. The Short Processing Window
For the brief moment your manuscript is analyzed, it's held in our Organizational Google Workspace with enterprise-level encryption. Once the workflow completes (typically under 10 to 15 minutes), the file is automatically deleted from the drive immediately.
3. Private, Self-Hosted Infrastructure
Your data isn't floating in a public automation cloud. Our workflow engine runs on a private, self-hosted server managed exclusively by Novel Publicity, so your data never passes through a third-party automation platform.
4. The 48-Hour Server Scrub
For exactly 48 hours, a backup remains in our encrypted, 2FA-protected database solely for troubleshooting. After 48 hours, a server-side script permanently deletes the file.
